The reel is equipped with a high-performance Daiwa ATD front drag to keep the fish in check an ABS spool that ensures proper casting length. The reliability of Daiwa s Digi gear gearing is evident on each turn of the handle. Sizes 1000?3000 are equipped with an I-shaped knob and the 4000 and larger sizes are equipped with a T-shaped knob. The XH models are designed with faster gearing.
